Fall

Fall has been really pretty here this year - the colors of the leaves have been more vibrant and there is a lot more red. We have been very lucky with the weather - a little breezy at times but still great weather to be outdoors and no hard freezes yet. In hopes of a beautiful spring and summer, I have planted 60 tulip bulbs, 16 hyacinth bulbs, 60 crocus bulbs and 8 iris. Still have 8 more iris to plant tomorrow.

Theresa:

I have to admit, the foliage here are showing some nice colors this year. I wonder if it has anything to do with the above average rainfall we've had for the last two years.

I would love to plant some tulips myself if I ever get the time. Don't they continue to bloom year after year?
