iPod, iPod

After Elizabeth's visit this summer, I was salivating to have an iPod. I had never thought I cared about one because I've never been someone that likes to listen using earphones. But when she showed me iTrip, I was amazed - opened up all sorts of wonder. So my lovely husband bought me an early B'day gift of iPod and iTrip and it arrived on Friday. What great fun and how nice to be able to take with me on trips. I have downloaded some podcasts and imported several CDs. Next the photos. Pat also bought me a gift card to the music store which should arrive any day.

When Pat bought the iPod for me, somehow the order got mixed up and two iPods and two iTrips were sent. Pat was going to send the "extras" back but then decided to just keep it for himself. I'm calling it my B'day present to him.

Rita:

I love my ipod...I rarely use my 6 disc cd player in my car anymore...well, at least on road trips. I always take my ipod...Now you guys need a Bose Sounddock...Leonoard Cohen sounds great on it.

Pat:

I think I can mount a real defense for the fact that it was an accident. Namely, both iPods are engraved with Cynthia's name.

Leah:

I share your former opinion and hope to learn from you the wonders of the iPod. LOL at Meredith's comment.

Hmmm...yes, that sounds like a real accident...
